Questions about setup, maintenance or troubleshooting? Here you can find valuable resources.

The G9010D features a 0–12 grind scale with 5 micro-steps per setting, giving you 60 levels of stepless adjustment.

  • Turn clockwise → larger number → coarser grind
  • Turn counterclockwise → smaller number → finer grind

As a starting point, medium-roast coffee is generally around 3–4, while darker roasts are generally around 4–6. Actual results may vary depending on the beans and personal taste.

Tip: Use extraction flow as a guide. If the flow is too slow, try a coarser grind. If the flow is too fast, try a finer grind.

For better touch response, use your finger pad to touch the screen with full contact.

  1. Tap the Power button to turn on the grinder.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to switch between Timed Mode and Manual Mode.
  3. In Timed Mode, set your grinding time from 5–60 seconds.
  4. In Manual Mode, press the portafilter against the built-in microswitch to start grinding.
  5. Release the portafilter to stop grinding.

For a step-by-step demonstration, see the Operation Tutorial.

E0 indicates that the bean hopper is not fully locked in place.

Remove and reseat the hopper, then turn it clockwise firmly until it clicks into position. The screen should return to normal once the hopper is properly secured.

The E0 troubleshooting method is shared with the Molight G9010B.

Yes. The G9010D features Plasma Anti-Static Technology and an inclined grind outlet to help reduce static, flying grounds, and coffee residue around the outlet.

A small amount of residual coffee grounds is normal during grinding. Regular cleaning helps maintain smooth dispensing and consistent performance.

The G9010D is designed with an 80g single-dose hopper and inclined grind outlet to promote smooth bean flow and reduce retention and clumping.

If grinding becomes inconsistent or the outlet becomes blocked, stop the grinder and clean the burr assembly and grind outlet before continuing.

The burr assembly can be removed without tools, making routine cleaning easier.

For regular maintenance:

  • Remove the hopper and burr assembly as instructed.
  • Use the included brush or a suitable vacuum to remove loose coffee grounds.
  • Do not wash the burr assembly or motor components with water.
  • Reassemble all parts securely before use.

For detailed instructions, see the Cleaning & Maintenance Tutorial.

If the grinder does not start, check the following:

  • Make sure the grinder is powered on.
  • Check that the bean hopper is properly seated and locked.
  • In Manual Mode, make sure the portafilter is pressing the built-in microswitch.
  • If the display shows “E0”, reseat the bean hopper and make sure it is securely locked.
